Home Health Agencies (HHAs) that were awarded funds for the COVID-19 in Healthcare Relief Grant for HHAs (HHA-CHRG, RFA #HHS0011339) must complete and submit their required Funding Utilization Report by Aug. 31, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. CDT.
Providers that received this award are encouraged to complete and submit this report before the deadline to avoid recoupment of a portion or all of their awarded funds. The report can be submitted any time between now and the deadline.

Note: The reporting portal linked above is specific to HHA-CHRG. For all other COVID-19 in Healthcare Relief Grants (such as the separate grants for Community Attendants), the appropriate reporting portal links can be found on the HHS website.
