The Online Fee Lookup (OFL) job aid has been updated to include detailed steps for a new search option available only to health maintenance organization (HMO) and managed care organization (MCO) users with a secure Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) account.
HMO and MCO users can use the Upload From File option to upload an HMO or out-of-network (OON) pricing request and create a batch request file within 36 hours of submitting a fee search.
The updated OFL job aid is available on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To obtain a username and password, providers must create an account by clicking Don’t have an account? Sign up here on the LMS home page.
