LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. New Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership Contracts Update

The intent of this notice is to provide an update to the Sept. 26, 2023, notice New Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Contracts.

HHSC has terminated the Conduent contract for convenience. Accenture will continue operating as the TMHP claims vendor until further notice.

Providers do not need to take any action as a result of this change.
