Beginning May 17, 2021, the Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal will be updated to allow Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) providers and Local Intellectual Development Disability Authorities (LIDDAs) to set up security access. HCS and TxHmL providers and LIDDAs are encouraged to set up their required administrator and user accounts as soon as possible in preparation for their use of this new form submission portal starting August 2, 2021, as part of the HCS and TxHmL forms and claims submission migration project from the HHSC Client Assignment and Registration (CARE) system to TMHP systems.

Details about the HCS and TxHmL migration to TMHP systems and information about creating accounts for the LTC Online Portal can be found in the March 1 TMHP article, Coming Soon: New Processes for Submitting Forms and Claims for HCS and TxHmL Providers.

Providers will have an opportunity to attend online training webinars this summer. Additional information about the webinars, including registration, will be announced in a TMHP article. The TMHP Long-Term Care web page includes TMHP news and training opportunities. Providers are encouraged to sign up for GovDelivery electronic notifications for Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) news and alerts.
