You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. DRAFT HCS TxHmL Bill Code Crosswalk

HCS and TxHmL providers will use this crosswalk to submit claims in TMHP TexMedConnect or Electronic Data Interface (EDI) with Dates of Service (DOS) beginning August 1, 2021.

The draft bill code crosswalk will be posted on the provider finance page by the end of May, and an updated notice will be sent at that time.
