You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. The Long-term Care User Guide for Community Services Waiver Programs has been updated.

Providers can access this updated user guide on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) as follows:

Log into the LMS.
When the LMS appears in a new window, log into an existing account or create a new account. New visitors to the LMS can access materials and take courses immediately after they register.
Select the appropriate button to view the file in a web browser or to download the file for offline viewing. The user guide will be in Portable Document Format (PDF) form.

Providers can access computer-based training and additional and supplemental training materials on the LMS at any time.

Providers can also access the new user guide directly on TMHP’s Long-term Care Reference Material webpage.
