Beginning August 1, 2022, the following Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) mailboxes will no longer be available:
Providers who need assistance should contact the Long-Term Care (LTC) Help Desk at 800-626-4117, Option 1, then Option 7, to connect with an HCS and TxHmL customer service representative. This change will allow for faster communications from HHSC and TMHP to providers who need assistance.
Emails that are pending a response from these mailboxes will be responded to in the order that they were received; no further action is needed to receive a response.
Providers should refer to the HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Frequently Asked Questions document to find answers to the most frequently asked questions before calling the TMHP LTC help desk.
