July 2022 NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk Now Available for Clinician-Administered Drug Processing

The quarterly Texas National Drug Codes (NDC) to Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Crosswalk is now available for clinician-administered drug (CAD) processing.

The NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk identifies relationships between National Drug Codes and Medicaid-reimbursable HCPCS codes. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission publishes the crosswalk monthly, based on quarterly additions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services list of rebate-eligible drugs and new drugs added monthly to the First Databank pricing compendia. The crosswalk helps providers submit accurate claims.

The next crosswalk will be available in October 2022.
