Updated HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs FAQ Document Now Available

The Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document has been updated.

Providers can access this updated FAQ on TMHP’s Long-Term Care (LTC) Reference Material and 1915(c) Waiver Programs Reference Material web pages under the Frequently Asked Questions sections, or on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) as follows:

  1. Click here to log into the LMS.
  2. Log into an existing account or sign up to create a new account.
  3. Select the appropriate button to view the user guide in a web browser or to download the file for offline use. The user guide will be in portable document format.
