You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. The “Appendix A (Part 1): Accessing Scenarios for Selecting an IMT Purpose & IPC Type” video shows how to access Appendix A in the LTC HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Provider User Guide.
The “Appendix A (Part 2): Understanding the Appendix & Submitting Multiple Forms on the LTCOP” video focuses on a few scenarios documented in the appendix and explains the process for submitting forms on the LTC Online Portal.
The “Assigning Permissions & Accessing the LTCOP Dashboard” video focuses on assigning user permissions to view the Dashboard and how to access it.
