LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. EVV Claims Matching Refresher for HCS and TxHmL Webinar Recording and Q&A Document Now Available

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) held an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Claims Matching Refresher webinar on April 18, 2023. This webinar was created for program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) that are required to use EVV for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) program types.

The recording and question-and-answer (Q&A) document from this webinar are now available in the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS).

To access the recording and Q&A, use the following steps:

Log into the LMS.
Go to the Videos and Webinar Recordings section, and click EVV Webinar Recordings.
Go to the EVV Portal Training Webinar Recordings section, and click on the applicable program’s recording.

A username and password are required to access the TMHP LMS. Visit the TMHP LMS New User Registration web page to create an account.

Email TMHP LMS Support for issues with accessing the LMS.

Reminder: EVV claims matching for HCS and TxHmL will begin on May 1, 2023. EVV claims with dates of service on or after May 1, 2023, that do not have an EVV visit match will be denied.
