EVV Portal Webinar Recordings and Q&A Documents Now Available for Program Providers and FMSAs

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) held a series of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Portal Overview webinars from March 23, 2023, through April 5, 2023. These webinars were created for program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) that are required to use EVV for personal care services and home health care services.

The recordings and question-and-answer (Q&A) documents for these webinars are now available in the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). The webinars are organized by the following program types:

  • Home and Community-based Services – Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH) program providers
  • Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) program providers and FMSAs
  • Other program providers and FMSAs:
    • 1915(c) Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Waiver
    • 1915(c) Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) Waiver
    • Traditional Medicaid Fee-for-Service (all ages)
    • STAR
    • STAR Health
    • STAR+PLUS
    • STAR+PLUS Home and Community-based Services (HCBS)
    • STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP)
    • STAR Kids
    • STAR Kids – Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP)

To access the recordings and Q&As, use the following steps:

  1. Log into the LMS.
  2. Go to the Videos and Webinar Recordings section, and click EVV Webinar Recordings.
  3. Go to the EVV Portal Training Webinar Recordings section, and click on the applicable program’s recording.

A username and password are required to access the TMHP LMS. Visit the TMHP LMS New User Registration web page to create an account.
