Updated LTC Online Portal User Guides for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Now Available

Last updated on

The Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal User Guides for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Waiver Programs have been updated. All guides in the Learning Management System (LMS) learning path have been updated to reflect the new enhancements to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) LTC Online Portal. Refer to the article titled “Overview of Upcoming LTC Online Portal Enhancements for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs” for a list of the enhancements. More information on each enhancement is available in the associated item-by-item guide or user guide section.

Providers and local intellectual and developmental disability authorities (LIDDAs) can access the updated user guides on TMHP’s 1915c Waiver Programs Reference Material web page in the User Guides section or in the LMS as follows:

  1. Log into the LMS using an existing account, or sign up to create a new account.
  2. Select the appropriate button to view the user guide in a web browser or to download the file for offline use.

New LMS visitors can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers and LIDDAs can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.
