LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

FMAP and EFMAP to Change Effective January 1, 2024

Effective for dates of service from January 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024, the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) will change from 61.65% to 60.15%. The FMAP change only affects providers that certify expenses and are paid only the federal share of their claims. For these providers, reimbursement will be decreased to match the change in the FMAP.

Effective for dates of service from January 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024, the Enhanced Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (EFMAP) will change from 73.16% to 72.11%. This change will not affect provider reimbursement.
