ICF UPL FY24 Enrollment Deadline December 31

The enrollment period for Non-State Government Owned (NSGO) Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability (ICF/IIDs) participation in the ICF Upper Payment Limit (UPL) began on Dec. 1, 2023, and will end on Dec. 31, 2023. This is a reminder that NSGO ICF providers who have not yet submitted their certification forms and would like to participate in the 2024 UPL program covering Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024, must submit the certification form by Dec. 31, 2023.

All information relating to the ICF UPL program, including the required forms, can be accessed on the ICF/IID Upper Payment Limit (UPL) Supplemental Payment Program web page. The ICF UPL certification form can be found on the LTSS Portal.
