You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Updated Medlog Reports Job Aid Now Available

The updated Medlog Reports Job Aid is now available on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Learning Management System (LMS). This job aid shows users of a provider administrator account how to access and download the reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To obtain a username and password, providers must create an account by completing the LMS New User Registration form.
