LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department (PFD) announces the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) Enrollment is now available. Please note the following information:

The SFY 2025 QIPP enrollment period is March 15, 2024, through April 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (CDT).
The SFY 2025 QIPP program size has increased from $1.1 billion to $1.75 billion.
The SFY 2025 eligibility requirements are listed in Title 1 of the Texas Administrative Code, Section 353.1302.

The following information is posted on the PFD QIPP website, under the “QIPP Year 8 (SFY25)” and “Related Documents” headings:

HHSC has published a preliminary QIPP Year 8 Eligibility List (Excel). Eligibility determinations will occur during the enrollment period after HHSC receives a nursing facility’s completed application.
Each eligible nursing facility is responsible for completing the enrollment application before the deadline. Facilities that do not submit a completed application in accordance with the enrollment instructions during the enrollment period will be ineligible to participate in the SFY 2025 QIPP program period.
To enroll, a provider can request an account and follow the steps in the enrollment portal. The enrollment application works only with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari web browsers.
The application fee of $10,000 from participating private nursing facilities is due at the time of submission of the enrollment application, no later than April 15, 2024. Payment instructions are posted on the PFD QIPP website.
