LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

You acknowledge that the ADA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CDT. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any ADA copyright notices or other proprietary rights included in the materials.

Updated LTC User Guide for MCOs Now Available

The Long-Term Care (LTC) User Guide for Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) has been updated.

Providers can access this updated user guide on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Long-Term Care Reference Material web page under the “User Guides” section, or on TMHP’s Learning Management System (LMS) by following these steps:

Log into the LMS using an existing account, or sign up to create a new account.
Select the appropriate button to access the user guide in a web browser or to download the file for offline use.

New LMS users can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.
