This webinar will provide essential information on OASIS resources and websites. It will be presented using live, interactive websites and will allow clinicians to have a basic understanding of how and where OASIS resources and guidance sites are found, the importance of the websites cms.gov and qtso.cms.gov as OASIS resources, and where to find the OASIS Guidance Manual along with the CMS OASIS Questions and Answers (Q&As).

OASIS-E Items in Section C – Cognitive Patterns

This webinar will provide foundational guidance on Section C of the OASIS-E data set. It will cover general and item-specific guidance for Items C0200–C0500, including basic Brief Interview for Mental Status (BIMS) interview instructions that assess cognitive function and the BIMS and Signs and Symptoms of Delirium from CAM.
