LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any ADA copyright notices or other proprietary rights included in the materials.

New Computer-Based Training for LTC CS Waiver Programs Now Available

A new computer-based training (CBT) for the Long-Term Care (LTC) Community Services (CS) Waiver Programs is now available.

Providers can access this CBT on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Learning Management System (LMS) by following these steps:

Log into the LMS using an existing account, or sign up to create a new account.
Select the appropriate button to view the CBT in a web browser or to download the file for offline use.

New LMS users can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers can always access CBT and additional training materials on the LMS.
