Members Sought for the e-Health Advisory Committee

If you are interested in health information technology, health information exchange systems, telemedicine, telehealth and home telemonitoring services issues, you may want to apply to be a member of the e-Health Advisory Committee.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission executive commissioner will appoint members to the committee to serve a term expiring Dec. 31, 2027.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m., August 1, 2025.

HHSC will consider the applicants' qualifications, background and interest in serving on the committee and will choose committee members who represent the geographical diversity of all Texans

A committee member must regularly take part in committee meetings. They may also have to take part in subcommittee meetings or other related activities. Committee meetings are held about once every three months in Austin or at the call of the presiding officer. Committee members aren’t paid to attend or travel to and from committee meetings or related activities.
