Updated FAQs for HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Now Available

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has updated HCS and TxHmL Waiver Programs Frequently Asked Questions to include direct links to the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) for cost limits. This update helps Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver program providers, local intellectual and developmental disability authorities (LIDDAs), and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) access the most current information quickly and accurately.

Providers, LIDDAs, and FMSAs can access the updated frequently asked questions (FAQs) in one of the following ways:

New LMS visitors can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers, LIDDAs, and FMSAs can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.
