This webinar will provide foundational guidance on Section D – Mood and Section E – Behavior of the OASIS–E1 Data Set. It will cover general and item-specific guidance for Items D0150, D0160 and D0700 (used to assess for mood distress and social isolation) along with Items M1740 and M1745 (used for assessing behaviors).

Information on the implementation and requirements of the CMS "All-Payer" OASIS submission will also be covered.

This webinar is for registered nurses and physical, occupational and speech therapists that collect OASIS data.

Outcome and Assessment Information Set OASIS–E1 Manual (PDF) will be referenced during the webinar, so have the manual ready to use.

This webinar will not be recorded. No continuing education credits or administrator clock hours will be provided.

OASIS for Administrators

This OASIS training course is for administrators and alternate administrators employed at Medicare certified home health agencies and licensed home health agencies seeking Medicare certification. The training also covers the Home Health regulatory part of OASIS.

Participants who complete webinar training requirements will get a certificate for 2.5 administrator clock hours for Part 1, and 2 administrator clock hours for Part 2. For detailed licensure regulatory requirements about acceptable qualified training for administrators, visit the webinar registration page and review 26 TAC Section 558.259.

Register for each webinar part separately. Registration links are for one participant, so do not share your link. Sharing your link may prohibit receiving administrator clock hours.
