As a contracted provider of services for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the responsibilities of your organization are vital to the health and safety of Texans, especially during the ongoing pandemic.

HHSC understands that the pandemic affects providers in many ways, including impacts on revenues received, costs incurred, and provider utilization.

To fully assess the impact of the pandemic, we request that you complete a survey to help HHSC develop policies that aim to mitigate the short-term and long-term impacts of COVID-19 on providers.

The survey takes about 25 minutes to complete, and your responses may help determine state funding allocations. Your feedback is important and will improve our service to you. All survey responses are anonymous.
