The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) IAMOnline platform works in tandem with My Account to provide a secure user experience for all providers. TMHP IAMOnline will act as the gateway to My Account, and My Account is where administrative users will continue to manage TMHP application permissions for users linked to a specific provider identifier.

TMHP IAMOnline

This platform provides a secure login acting as the entry point to TMHP applications, including My Account, for all providers. It handles user authentication and SSO, which allows users to access TMHP applications in one step.

My Account

This platform provides self-service access management for all users and is where all providers can create a TMHP account and access TMHP applications. This is also where account administrators, who have elevated permissions, manage access for the users under their administration.

Note: When accessed through TMHP IAMOnline, My Account also acts as an application.
