Behavioral Health Peer Service Providers Survey

Last updated on

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has developed a survey to assess the use of peer service providers in community organizations throughout Texas. Peer support is encouragement and assistance from someone with the lived experience of recovery from a mental health condition, substance use disorder, or both who provides support to others experiencing similar challenges to achieve long-term recovery.

HHSC is requesting that administrators rather than staff take the survey. As an administrator (e.g., director of behavioral health or clinic administrator), your insight will help HHSC understand organizational opportunities and challenges associated with peer service providers within a community organization.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
