Client Signature Requirement on CSHCN Documentation of Receipt Is Permanently Waived

This is an update to the article titled “Client Signature Requirement on CSHCN Documentation of Receipt Is Waived Through February 28, 2022,” which was posted on this website on December 30, 2021.

Effective May 1, 2022, the policy that requires the client or guardian signature on the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program Documentation of Receipt Form was updated to permanently waive the requirement for a physical signature. This requirement was previously waived as a response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) response.
