LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. SHARS Audiology Services Provided Under Section 504 Plans

This is a reminder that coverage for audiology services provided under a Section 504 plan is still pending approval from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Upon approval by CMS, School Health and Related Services (SHARS) may also include audiology evaluation and management services provided to eligible students under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
