The NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk identifies relationships between NDC and Medicaid-reimbursable HCPCS codes. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) publishes the crosswalk based on quarterly additions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services list of rebate-eligible drugs and new drugs added monthly to the First Databank pricing compendia. HHSC wants providers to use the crosswalk to ensure that claims are accurately submitted.
