You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Omnipod 5 Added to Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program Formularies

Beginning March 4, 2024, Medicaid fee-for-service, Medicaid managed care, and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) clients can receive Omnipod 5 products through the pharmacy benefit with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Vendor Drug Program (VDP).

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the Texas Medicaid State Plan Amendment on February 15, 2024, allowing HHSC to add Omnipod 5 to the HHSC VDP formulary.
