Program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who are interested in the opportunity to participate and complete the Proprietary System Operator (PSO) Onboarding process in the 2024 calendar year must submit a Proprietary System (PS) Request Form by July 15, 2024.

How to Access the PS Request Form in the EVV Portal

Go to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) web page.
Click MyAccount and enter your login information.
Select an option under Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Portal.
Once in the EVV Portal, select PS Request Form on the left navigation menu.

As a reminder, the PS Request Form can be submitted at any time. After submission, the program provider or FMSA will be added to the PSO Onboarding waitlist.
