LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. You acknowledge that AMA holds all copyright, trademark and other rights in CPT.

EVV Active PSO Workgroup Information Now Available on TMHP’s EVV Proprietary Systems Web Page

On July 5, 2024, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) updated the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Proprietary Systems web page to include information and registration instructions for the remaining 2024 EVV Active Proprietary System Operator (PSO) Workgroup meetings.

Hosted collaboratively by TMHP and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the EVV Active PSO Workgroup meetings occur bi-monthly and are open to all operational PSOs and approved proprietary system vendors. In this meeting series, TMHP and HHSC will share updates and any information that could impact a PSO’s daily operations or compliance requirements.
