EVV: HHAeXchange Outage

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) EVV is aware of an issue preventing users from logging in to the HHAeXchange Portal as well as clocking in and out of the EVV system. The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) is working with HHAeXchange to promptly resolve this issue.

If you are unable to record an EVV visit during this time, you will need to manually create a visit using the appropriate reason code once the system is operating normally:

  • Reason Code: No Electronic Clock In or Clock Out
