EVV: HHAeXchange Outage Resolved

The issue preventing users from logging in to the HHAeXchange Portal as well as clocking in and out of the HHAeXchange EVV system was resolved as of 5:35 p.m. on Wed., May 14.

If you were unable to record an EVV visit during the outage, you will need to manually create a visit using the following reason code:

Reason Code: No Electronic Clock In or Clock Out

Number: 210

Description: J – EVV system down
