TULIP Users

The Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal, TULIP.  If an external user does not login into TULIP Portal for 90 days, then the external user’s access will be deactivated.  If a deactivated user tries to login to TULIP portal, they will receive a notification saying they have been made inactive and to use the Click Here link to reset password in order to reactivate the account. This will send the Password reset email to the user to complete the process.
