You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. Proposed EVV Rule Updates Executive Council Meeting Presentation on April 23

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will be accepting public comments on the proposed Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) rules at the HHSC Executive Council Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on April 23. The meeting is being held at the HHSC John H. Winters Building, Public Hearing Room 125, First Floor, 701 West 51st Street, Austin, Texas 78751.

This meeting will also be conducted via video conference in accordance to Section 551.127, Government Code. The webcast link will be available at the meeting time on theHHSC Live and Archived Meetings webpage.

You do not need reservations to attend the meeting in person, provide comments in person or watch the webcast.
