Updated TMHP Complaints System Job Aid Now Available

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has updated the TMHP Complaints System Job Aid. The new version is available on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS) website.

This job aid provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit complaints to TMHP, including how to submit feedback through the Provider Enrollment Management System (PEMS).

Users must have a username and password to access training in the LMS. To get a username and password, providers must create an account by clicking Don’t have an account? Sign up here. on the LMS home page.
