Virtual Assistant Now Available on the Medicaid Tort Portal

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has launched a new virtual assistant, Tim, to assist providers with using the Medicaid Tort Portal.

Tim is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can help providers:

  • Get information about reporting a third party liability accident.
  • Check the status of correspondence.
  • Check lien amounts.
  • Get payment confirmation.
  • Find answers to general questions about the Tort process.

Providers can access Tim from the Medicaid Tort Portal landing page. Providers can also refer to the Tort Portal User Guide for additional information about using the portal.
