Last updated on

HHSC has published PL 2021-07 Revised Informal Dispute Process (PDF) for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL). The letter describes the revised process the HCS and TxHmL program provider must follow when filing an informal dispute resolution (IDR) with the independent third-party Michigan Peer Review Organization which HHSC has contracted with to perform IDR reviews.

For additional information on the IDR process, please see the following links: MPRO and HHSC Informal Dispute Resolution Web site.

Providers can access this provider letter on the HCS Information and Provider Letters and TxHmL Information and Provider Letters websites.
