Texas Health and Human Services Publishes Information Letter on Transition and Training for New Critical Incident Management System

Texas Health and Human Services has published Information Letter IL 2026-19, regarding the transition to and training for the new Critical Incident Management System (CIMS) for 1915(c) Medicaid Waiver Program Providers.

The letter includes information on the transition to the new CIMS platform, links for providers to register for upcoming training sessions (July 14-20, 2026), and steps providers can take to prepare for the transition to the new system on July 27, 2026.
