You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. 2026-2027 ICD-10 Special Bulletin Now Available

The 2027 International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) updates that are effective for dates of service on or after October 1, 2026, are now available. The update includes changes to the Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) diagnosis code and the Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) surgical procedure code.

The Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual (TMPPM) and the CSHCN Services Program Provider Manual will reflect the 2026 ICD-10 changes in the November 2026 release.
