TULIP LPI Update

Last updated on

The LTCR TULIP application process for Nursing Facilities (NFs), Medication Aides (MAs) and requests for an Expedited Life Safety Code (ELSC) Inspection for NFs is converting to a new format called Licensing, Permit, and Inspection (LPI). LPI is a system that streamlines the process of submitting, reviewing, and issuing licenses, certificates and permits making the application process more user friendly and intuitive for the user. The format for external users may look and feel a little different but the requirements to apply are similar.

MA will transition to the new platform, October 24, 2026. TULIP will shut down, October 23, 2026 @ 7:00pm and back online October 24, 2026 @ 7:30pm. NF and NF-ELSC transition, October 31, 2026. TULIP will shut down, October 30, 2026 @ 7:00pm and back online, October 31, 2026 @ 7:30pm.
