Public Rate Hearing on Nov. 20, 2026 – Rate Packets Now Available

HHSC Provider Finance Department (PFD) Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) will hold a public rate hearing on Nov. 20, 2026, to address proposed rates for the following:

Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) rates for the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) and Home and Community-Based Services – Adult Mental Health Program (HCBS-AMH) Waiver Programs, effective July 1, 2026.
Employment Services rates for YES and HCBS-AMH Waiver Programs, effective Jan. 1, 2027.

This rate hearing will be conducted both in person and as an online event. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the webinar.
