Required EVV Portal Training and Other Training Resources Available on tmhp.com

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) online resources are available to all program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website. This includes the TMHP EVV Learning Management System (LMS), which offers the required EVV Portal computer-based training (CBT), EVV Portal job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs), webinar recordings, and more.

Users must have a username and password to access the LMS. To create an account, visit the TMHP LMS New User Registration web page.

Required EVV Portal CBT

The TMHP Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) CBT discusses the functions of the EVV Aggregator and EVV Portal. The modules include navigating the EVV Portal, onboarding with an EVV system, running reports in the EVV Portal, performing searches in the EVV Portal, and EVV claims submission and billing.

EVV Portal Job Aids

The EVV Portal job aids provide step-by-step instructions on how to:

  • Access and log into the EVV Portal.
  • Run reports in the EVV Portal, including reports used to monitor compliance.
  • Perform searches using the Accepted Visit search tab, EVV Claim search tab, and Visit History search tab.
  • Submit and view an EVV Proprietary System Request Form in the EVV Portal.
