Regional Support for Territory 9

  • Provider Relations Support: Representatives are available to assist both new and existing providers in understanding program policies and procedures, provide support for TMHP secure portals, and assist with claims filing and payment issues. Representatives can assist providers by telephone and through in-person visits. Email provider.relations@tmhp.com for further assistance.
  • Provider Enrollment Assistant Tool (PEAT): Quickly find answers to questions about revalidation, maintenance, and enrollment. You can also schedule an online appointment for step-by-step guidance with a provider representative.
  • TMHP Learning Management System (LMS): Access support and training on topics such as ambulance services, claims submissions and appeals, program overviews, enrollment, and prior authorization.

Additional Services: The TMHP Contact Center staff can assist with information about Texas Medicaid, the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program, Healthy Texas Women (HTW), and the Family Planning Program.
