LICENSE FOR USE OF CURRENT PROCEDURAL TERMINOLOGY, FOURTH EDITION ("CPT® ")

You, your employees and agents are authorized to use CPT only as contained in materials on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) website solely for your own personal use in directly participating in healthcare programs administered by THHS. ICD-10 Updates

The International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) procedure code sets are used to report medical diagnoses and inpatient procedures through Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standard transactions.

On October 1st of each year, TMHP applies the ICD-10 additions, changes, and deletions that are effective for dates of service on or after October 1st. TMHP notifies providers about the changes in the annual ICD-10 Special Bulletin and in provider notifications that are posted in the Recent News section of the relevant pages on this website.
